[ It would be no exaggeration to say that Akechi's first foray into Bonding has been a bit tense, but the ceremony itself had gone off rather painlessly. It's made him more confident about doing it a second time, especially now that he knows how little the words of their vows seem to count for.

It's a bit of a relief when Sylvia makes up her mind about the Bond, which Akechi isn't expecting from himself... but he's known and been in regular contact with her for a few months now. He wouldn't say they're close, but he still prefers to see her in good health than not.

So he waits for her outside the Coven, feeling more relaxed than he would have otherwise, and more relaxed than when he came here with Akira. He even smiles when he sees her approach, lifting his hand in a wave. ]

Sylvia. Over here.

[ He's got a small wooden box in one hand, but he doesn't explain its presence or what it is just yet. Best to wait until they're inside, first. ]

[ she's here with a box of her own. she's surprised to see that he has one, too, but she doesn't say anything of it when she arrives. instead, she smiles and waves back at him. ]

Yo, Akechi!

[ she approaches him, a little more tense than usual. it's her first rodeo with bonding and she isn't sure what to expect. she's not sure if she's really ready for this, but she's not going back on her word. ]

[ He can always count Sylvia to be a ray of sunshine, can't he? Honestly it's kind of refreshing. ]

I certainly am.

[ He doesn't bother asking Sylvia if she feels the same. She had better be, if she showed up here. He gestures for Sylvia to follow him before turning and heading into the Coven, though he doesn't drop the conversation just yet. ]

This way. Have you looked into what the ceremony involves yet?

[They've been putting off this conversation for far too long - they will admit they've been overwhelmed with everything happening, what with turning into a faun and falling ill. Life seems to have past them by.

But they Know what Sylvia's done, and they're...admittedly curious! They don't know Akechi, but they've no reason to question Sylvia's judgement. If she's Bonded with him, he must be at the bare minimum okay.

As soon as he's prim and proper, he steps into the shop and flags down the first person in uniform he can find. ]

[ Sylvia's definitely not wearing anything too fancy; it hardly matters anyway since she's wearing an apron over it all. She is impressed when she sees, presumably, the person she'd just spoken to over the network enter looking prim and proper. ]

[ Tsutha is working close the night before Modranicht, and she knows that Sylvia will be in the next morning for her shift, so she leaves in the breakroom a small package with Sylvia's name on it, wrapped in plain brown paper. Inside is a little porcelain figurine of a bunny in a coffee mug, along with a note written in a careful, if clumsy hand. ]

[When Sylvia comes in to collect her pay before the upcoming holiday (during which the café will be closed for the employees to take a break and spend time with their loved ones), she will find there is a small box included with their hard-earned cunes. The box itself is gold, tied with a thin blue ribbon and a tag with their name neatly written upon it that they may or may not recognize as Ozymandias’ handwriting. Inside, they shall find a gold bracelet with a single charm attached to it. Said charm is a very miniature version of the sphinx kittens that roam about, carefully crafted so that these tiny replicas bear the same seemingly endless galaxy within their little forms.]

This business is thriving as well as it has due to your hard work and dedication to the Purramid Café. Please accept this bracelet as a token of my appreciation for all that you have done for the café and our patrons.
